Tograk Township, subordinate to Yining City, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Yining City, adjacent to the 70th regiment of the fourth agricultural division in the East, Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County in the south, facing the 69th regiment of the fourth division across the river, kardun Township in the west, and Yining County in the north, with a total administrative area of 30.76 square kilometers.
In 1950, it belonged to eight districts of Yining County (yingtamu District). In 1984, it was built in tograk township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of tug Lake Township was 9704. In 2019, tograk governs four administrative villages.
