Yingye'er Town, subordinate to Yining City, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Yining City, with bayandai town in the East, chuoher township of Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County across the river in the south, Huocheng County in the west, 66 regiment of the fourth division, and kegurqin mountain in the north, with a total administrative area of 90.58 square kilometers.

Yingye'er town was originally a district of Yining County. In 1975, it was transferred to Yining City. In 1984, it was set up in yingyeer township. On June 7, 2018, Yining yingye'er township was abolished and yingye'er town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town was 19839. In 2019, yingye'er town governs five administrative villages.

History of construction

Yingye'er town was originally a district of Yining County.

In 1952, it belonged to six districts.

In 1958, it belonged to the red flag commune.

In 1984, bayandai commune was established in yingyeer township.

In November 2000, jieliangzi state owned ranch was merged into the state.

On June 7, 2018, Yining yingye'er township was abolished and yingye'er town was established.
