UPAR town
Wupar Town, belonging to Shufu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Shufu County, at the junction of aizilait maola mountain and kumatage mountain. It is connected with sayibage Township in the East, aktao County in the south, Wuqia County in the west, and Zhanmin Township across kumatage mountain in the north. During the period of the Republic of China, wupar town was under the jurisdiction of Shufu county. In 2014, wupar township was abolished and wupar town was established. History of construction

In 1958, uPAR district was changed into uPAR commune. In August 1984, wupar commune was withdrawn and wupar township was built.
