Alang Township
Alang township is under the jurisdiction of Linzhou county.
"Along" is a Tibetan translation, meaning "animal roar". In 1960, it set up a Lang Township, changed into a commune in 1970, and restored to a township in 1984. It is located in the southeast of the county, with an area of 572.72 square kilometers and a population of 4692 people (2017), and is connected with highways. It has jurisdiction over 13 village committees, including ghazalanu, ghazalasha, galagang, Kado, womai, wodui, Abu, Rugong, tanagang, wunagang, bazha, qure and bugang. Mainly agriculture, supplemented by animal husbandry, planting highland barley, wheat, rape, Grazing Yaks, sheep, goats. Produce Fritillaria, Cordyceps.
