Tuoyun Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Wuqia County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north east of Wuqia county. History of construction
Tuoyun township was originally Shufu county.
In 1938, it was assigned to Wuqia county.
In 1947, Tuoyun township was established.
In 1950, it belonged to four districts.
In 1958, Tuoyun commune was rebuilt, and the commune organ was located in Bayin kuluti village.
In 1962, the residence moved to gakrickchater.
In 1968, it was renamed Zhongdong commune.
In 1980, it was restored to the original name of Tuoyun commune.
In October 1984, the commune was withdrawn and the township was built.
