Aketao town

Aktao Town, subordinate to aktao County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of aktao County, bordering Yumai Township in the East and south, Baren Township in the West and pilale Township in the north, with an administrative area of 136 square kilometers.

History of construction

Aketao town originally belonged to Yumai commune.

In October 1984, aketao town was established, which has jurisdiction over two urban residents committees and seven suburban villagers committees.
