Ruoqiang town
Ruoqiang Town, subordinate to Ruoqiang County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of alluvial fan at the north foot of Altun mountain, adjacent to tieganlik Township in the East and North, and wutamu Township in the West and south. History of construction
In the Western Han Dynasty, Ruoqiang town was the danicheng of Shanshan state.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was called can mud.
In Tang Dynasty, it was called Nabo city. In 675, Kang Yandian presided over the local reconstruction of the new town. After several wars, the people of the city were scattered and the towns were abandoned.
In the early Yuan Dynasty, Luobu city was built on the ruins of Ruoqiang town.
In the early Ming Dynasty, the land became a desert.
In the mid-19th century, Hotan people came to live in succession, and the first one was named Pratt Burke.
In 1876, there were 21 families living in Ruoqiang Town, with a radius of about one li. In 1889, more than 300 families immigrated from Turpan and Yutian.
