Zongjia Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dulan County, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the west of Dulan County, adjacent to Balong Township, Xiangride town and Chahanwusu town in the East, Maduo Township, qumalai County, Yushu prefecture in the south, dagele Township, Golmud City in the West, Dachaidan administrative committee, Delingha city and Ulan County in the north, and Xiangride town in the northeast. The administrative area is 23728 square kilometers.

In ancient times, it belonged to Xirong.
In the Han Dynasty, it belonged to Western Qiang.
In the late Western Han Dynasty, it belonged to Xihai county.
