Boyu town
Boyu Town, belonging to Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province, is located in the south end of Zhouqu County, adjacent to qugaona Township, Gongba Township and chagang Township in the East and North, Wenxian County, Longnan City in the south, and Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province in the West. The area is 417.5 square kilometers. In 2018, 4608 people registered residence.
In 1958, it was transferred to Zhouqu County and a commune was established. In 1963, it was transferred to Wenxian county. In 1984, he returned to Zhouqu County. In 2017, the township was replaced by township. In June 2020, Boyu town governs 15 administrative villages.
In 2011, Boyu town had 13100 mu of arable land and 1135.6 tons of grain production. Animal husbandry mainly raised cattle (yak, yellow cattle), pigs and sheep. The per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen was 2678 yuan.
