Siheyuan Tourism Development Office (former Siheyuan township) is located in the northeast of Huanxian County, 75 kilometers away from the county seat. It is adjacent to Huachi in the East and Ningxia and Shaanxi in the north. It is known as "Jiming listens to three provinces". The famous Huanxian Xinglong Mountain (commonly known as donglaoye mountain) is located in the central part of the territory. With a total area of 235.6 square kilometers, the office has jurisdiction over 6 administrative villages, 31 villager groups, 1285 households and 5824 people.

Natural characteristics

Siheyuan natural conditions have two characteristics: one is special location, frequent disasters and wide poverty. Siheyuan township is located at the junction of Shaanxi and Gansu provinces and three counties. It is a semi agricultural and semi pastoral area with remote location and poor site conditions. Although there are 67000 mu of cultivated land, it has low quality and low output rate. All of them are dry land, and more than half of them are hillside land. It is a hilly and gully area on the Loess Plateau with high altitude, large temperature difference and short frost free period. The average altitude is 1650 meters, and the average annual rainfall is 310 mm, In 2011, there were 989 households with 4407 poverty-stricken people, accounting for 77.43%. Among them, there were 267 households with 1222 poverty-stricken people and 27 special poverty-stricken people in Siheyuan village; 124 households with 591 poverty-stricken people and 11 special poverty-stricken people in taoshuzhang village; 118 households with 530 poverty-stricken people and 9 special poverty-stricken people in hanlaozhuang village; 173 households with 775 poverty-stricken people and 15 special poverty-stricken people in Tianqiao village; 111 households with 463 poverty-stricken people and 11 special poverty-stricken people in zaoliuqu village; There are 826 people in 196 families in Genghe and 19 families in special poverty. Siheyuan is one of the most poverty-stricken towns in the county. Second, it is rich in resources with obvious advantages and great potential. Siheyuan has vast land resources, with a total area of 235.6 square kilometers. Grass feeding animal husbandry, which is mainly composed of cashmere goats, is the leading industry of farmers' income. There are 24000 sheep in Siheyuan, with 15 per household. The territory is rich in oil resources and is the key exploration area of the seventh oil production plant. Xinglong Mountain (also known as donglaoye mountain), a famous Taoist mountain, integrates human archaeology, natural landscape and red culture. It is a key tourist attraction in Huanxian county and Qingyang, and receives 60000 tourists annually.
