Taibailiang Township
Taibailiang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the northwest of Qingcheng County, bordering Tuqiao and Tongchuan Township in the East, Yima town in the south, Fangshan, Xinji and wuchengzi Township in Zhenyuan County in the west, and caikouji Township in the north. The administrative area is 193.87 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 10495 households registered residence in Taibai Liang.
In February 1962, binglincha commune was set up from Tuqiao commune, and taibailiang commune was set up at the same time. In February 1965, binglincha commune was merged into taibailiang commune. In March 1968, the zhaojiachuan brigade under its jurisdiction was transferred to Xinji commune of Zhenyuan County. In May 1980, binglincha commune was established. In December 1983, taibailiang commune was transformed into a township. In August 2005, binglincha township was incorporated into the city. As of June 2020, taibailiang township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages.
At the end of 2011, the financial revenue of taibailiang township was 21.66 million yuan, an increase of 3.6% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 1.07 million yuan, an increase of 65% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, the business tax is 749000 yuan, the value-added tax is 195000 yuan, and the enterprise income tax is 95000 yuan. The per capita fiscal revenue was 170.6 yuan, an increase of 7.3% over the previous year. In 2011, the total output value of agriculture was 25.08 million yuan. In 2018, taibailiang township has 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In October 1949, Bajiashan township was established and stationed in Bajiashan.
In October 1953, binglincha township was established in caowan.
In April 1958, Bajiashan township was merged into binglincha township. In September of the same year, binglincha, erhequ and Tuqiao townships merged to form Tuqiao commune, which was stationed in nanzhuangyuan.
In February 1962, binglincha commune was set up from Tuqiao commune, and taibailiang commune was set up at the same time.
In February 1965, binglincha commune was merged into taibailiang commune.
In March 1968, the zhaojiachuan brigade under its jurisdiction was transferred to Xinji commune of Zhenyuan County.
In May 1980, binglincha commune was established.
In December 1983, taibailiang commune was transformed into a township.
In August 2005, binglincha township was incorporated into the city.

By the end of 2011, taibailiang Township had 15 administrative villages: Shanzhuang, Lvjiayuan, binglincha, liushuzhuang, Miaoshan, Zhongyi, zhonghepu, Bashan, Wangqu, Wuliangshan, Jiashan, Gaoshan, wujiacha, Yangwan and Mayuan, and 87 villager groups.
By June 2020, taibailiang township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages: Wuliangshan village, Wangqu village, Bashan village, zhonghepu village, Jiashan village, Gaoshan village, Zhongyi village, Lvjiayuan village, Shanzhuang village, wujiacha village, Miaoshan village, liushuzhuang village and binglincha village. The people's government is stationed in Hepu village.

The highest point of yinwa Damao is located in yinwa formation of Shanzhuang village, with an altitude of 1530 meters; the lowest point of taipingliangzui is located in taibailiang formation of Wangqu village, with an altitude of 1105 meters.

Taibailiang township within the River belongs to the Heihe River system. The main rivers are Dahei River and xiaoheihe River, with a total length of 70 km.
