Aerospace town

Hangtian town is located in the northeast of Jinta County, Gansu Province, on the East Bank of Heihe River Basin. It is adjacent to No. 10 and No. 14 military bases in the northeast, and Dingxin town in the south. It is 80 kilometers away from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, 95 kilometers away from Jinta County, 7 kilometers away from Dingxin airport, and 5 kilometers away from hedongli railway station.

Jiuhang road is 51 km long in the town. Along the road, there are many ancient Juyan cultural sites such as dongdawan City, xidawan City, Diwan City, Jianshui Jinguan and other natural landscape areas such as jiaojiahu lake, weikeng spring, shitoucheng. The East Bank of Heihe River is on the edge of Badain Jaran Desert, close to mountains in the West and Gobi sand dunes in the north. There are 42000 mu of wasteland resources suitable for agriculture that can be developed and utilized; the fruits mainly composed of red jujube have been sold on a large scale and exported; the wild plants include licorice, Cynomorium songaricum, Cistanche deserticola and other famous Chinese medicinal materials, with large yield and high quality; the underground reserves of licorice are large, which can form a processing scale and have attractive prospects. The natural grassland area is vast, about 50000 mu, and the potential of animal husbandry production is great.
