Xiaoman Town, subordinate to Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, is located in the southwest of Ganzhou District, adjacent to Dangzhai town in the East, Daman town and Longqu Township in the south, Heihe River and ganjuntan in the west, and Chang'an Township in the north. It covers an area of 67 square kilometers. In 2018, the registered residence population in Xiaoman was 23462.

In 1961, Xiaoman commune was established. In 1966, it was renamed Wuxing commune. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In September 2002, the township was removed to build a town. As of June 2020, Xiaoman town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages and 1 community, and the town people's government is located in Xiaoman village.

In 2018, there were 19 industrial enterprises in Xiaoman Town, including 1 industrial enterprise above Designated Size and 55 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
