Yuanyang town is located in the basin of Bangsha River and Weihe River in Wushan County. The terrain is high in the southwest and low in the northeast. The highest point is located in Jiaosi village, 2450 meters above sea level; the lowest point is located in Guangwu village, 1450 meters above sea level.
