Chaijiamen Town, belonging to Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the central and southern part of Huining County, with Baliwan Township in the East, Huishi town in the south, Xinji Township in Anding District of Dingxi City in the West and gangouyi town in the north, with a total administrative area of 279.3 square kilometers.
Before 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhiyang town; in 1983, it was changed into chaijiamen township; in 2014, chaijiamen township was removed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the household registered residence in Chai Jia Men town was 21669. In June 2020, chaijiamen town governs 4 communities and 11 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in chaijiamen town was 3689 yuan. In 2018, there were 60 industrial enterprises in chaijiamen Town, including 14 Enterprises above Designated Size and 18 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhiyang town.
After 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of Chengguan District.
In 1958, it belonged to Chengguan commune.
In 1962, chaimen commune was established.
In 1964, it was incorporated into Chengguan commune.
In 1980, chaimen commune was restored.
In 1981, it was changed into chaijiamen commune.
In 1983, it was changed to chaijiamen township.
In 2005, sunqu, Baochuan, Sinan (yuansinan, Lujing) and Fengyan (Fengyan, baozitan) were merged into chaijiamen township.
In 2014, chaijiamen township was built from township.
