Railway Xicun street, belonging to Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is adjacent to railway Dongcun street and railway station street in the East, railway Dongcun street in the southeast, Fulongping street in the south, Wuquan street in the West and Gaolan road street in the north. Before October 1955, it belonged to the second district; in November, it merged into Chengguan District. At the end of 1959, the management area of new railway village was changed to Wuquan commune. In 1962, the New Railway Village street was restored. In June 1980, the railway Xincun street was divided into two streets, Railway East Village and Railway West Village, with Gaolan South Road as the dividing line. In June 2020, six communities will be under the jurisdiction of railway Xicun street.
