More than 122 and 80 meters of water pipelines were laid. It has enabled 4500 people in Niucun and three surrounding villages to enjoy environmental protection and high-quality deep well water. The total investment of the first phase project is 2.88 million yuan, accounting for 68% of the total project investment.
