Shuangshipu, belonging to Feng County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the urban area of Feng County, bordering Fengzhou town in the East, LIUFENGGUAN town in the south, yangjiadian Township in Liangdang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province in the west, and tangzang town in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 21.85 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 21.66 km, with a total area of 276.54 square kilometers.

In 2001, Caodian township was abolished and shuangshipu town was established.
In November 2007, Baozi village was merged into Shilidian village, tianjialeng village into qiaotouzhuang village, koujiahe village and guanxiaxia village into Hejiaping village, longjiaping village into zhangjiayao village, jiudianliang village into Yinwan village, Fengyan village into Shangchuan village, hujiayao village into Machang village. Eight villages were abolished and five villager groups were merged.
