Qusong Township
Qusong township is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Zada County, Ali Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It is one of the 1 town and 6 townships in Zada county. 486 permanent residents (2017).

evolution
Qusong district was established in October 1976. In 1996, with a population of about 0800, qumudi township has jurisdiction over two townships, among which qumudi township has jurisdiction over four administrative villages, and chulu Songjie township has jurisdiction over four administrative villages, namely Songjie, chulu, Bajiao and kabuere. In 1999, qusong township was established. In 2000, there were 918 permanent residents in qusong township (Wupu). In 2006, it has jurisdiction over qumudi and chulu Songjie two administrative villages. In 2010, there were 928 permanent residents (sixth census). In 2012, chulu Songjie village was set up as a separate village.

Geography
Qusong township is located in Longzi county (now Zhada county) in the south of Tibet, north by middle of Shannan region and north of the eastern Himalaya.
Qusong village governs qumudi village and chulu Songjie village. Among them, in July 2012, in order to accelerate the economic and social development of chulu Songjie region, consolidate national defense, and maintain the stability of border areas, the Tibet Autonomous Regional Government decided to cancel the establishment of chulu Songjie village in Zada county

Qumudi Village
It is one of the worst pure animal husbandry villages in Zada County, and the Secretary of the village branch is langjieduoji. The steel bridge of nacuo group in the territory solves the problem of villagers crossing the rolling river with sheep; the dam of Ga'er makes the grassland, houses and canals of the village free from loss; the meeting room of jiangbu Temple solves the problem of shortage of study and cultural activity places of the group.
Songjie village, chulu
It is located in the northwest of Zada County, 320km away from the county seat, on the edge of Himalayas, with an average altitude of 4100m. According to the statistics in 2011, the total number of farmers and herdsmen in the village is 553, the cultivated land area of the whole village is 1023 mu, and the per capita net income is 2268.68 yuan. It is a key poverty-stricken area in Zada County, with 490 poverty-stricken people, accounting for 97.4% of the total population. At present, the village still has poor road foundation, which is basically in the condition of seasonal traffic. In addition, the village now has only one 7 kW photovoltaic power station for chulu Songjie Apple primary school, which can only be used for primary school, village group meeting room and qusong Township workstation in chulu Songjie. Other villagers still can't use electricity. At the same time, due to the long time of closing the mountain in winter, poor medical equipment, drug supply and other reasons, it is very difficult for the village to see a doctor. In addition to the harsh natural conditions, the mountain is snowed for 7-8 months every year, during which time it is isolated from the outside world. The establishment of Songjie Township in chulu county is conducive to promoting the implementation of various preferential policies in areas with small population and improving the production and living standards of local people. Chulu Songjie village is located in the disputed Kashmir area on the border between China and India. It has a 92 kilometer long Sino Indian border on the East, West and North, and links to three outer mountain passes. It is a strategic barrier to maintain national security.
climate
Qusong Township belongs to the South Himalayan landform. The terrain is high in the West and low in the East, with a relative elevation difference of about 2000 meters and an average altitude of 3900 meters. The territory belongs to the plateau temperate arid monsoon climate zone. Strong solar radiation, long sunshine time, low temperature, large temperature difference between day and night, clear dry and wet, rainy at night, dry in winter and spring, windy. The annual sunshine is 2983 hours, the annual frost free period is 125 days, and the annual precipitation is 279.41mm. The common natural disasters are drought, snow, hail, wind, frost, earthquake and so on.

The main mineral resources in qusong township are placer gold, lead, sulfur, iron, crystal, etc.
Wild animal and plant resources include leopard, wild yak, Tibetan eared pheasant, deer, otter, Swertia, black bear, yellow sheep, hare, fox, marmot, eagle, pheasant, Cordyceps, Panax notoginseng, Ganoderma lucidum, Fritillaria, rhubarb, snow lotus, Yellow Peony, Coptis, Agrimonia, podophyllum, yellow flower, Polygala, etc.
Agriculture
Qusong township is a semi farming and semi pastoral County in the valley of southern Tibet. Crops mainly include highland barley, winter wheat, spring wheat, pea, radish, potato, rape, etc. It mainly raises yak, cattle, horse, sheep, donkey, mule, pig, etc. The main tree species in the forest include arbor pine, alpine pine, Himalayan mountain, spruce, birch, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, larch, Tibetan cypress, seabuckthorn, Populus pekinensis, Populus alba and willow, with a timber volume of 3082700 cubic meters. Economic trees include wild peach, apple, etc.
Industry
The industry is dominated by national handicraft industry. The company produces nylon, carpet, card mat, Tibetan quilt, bronze ware, silver ware, butter barrel, bamboo ware, Tibetan knife, wooden bowl, Tibetan shoes and hats, etc. At present, there are 5 small and medium-sized hydropower stations and 1 grain and oil processing plant.
