Axiu township is located in Baqing County, Naqu City, Tibet, with an area of 800 square kilometers and a population of 2000.

Baqing County governs the township. Located in the southwest of the county, east of the town of miscellaneous. The permanent resident population is 2262 (the sixth census in 2010). In 1982, it was changed into a township again. In 1988, it merged with benmei Township, the original Bawu village, into a Xiu township. The township government is stationed in Chatang. 70 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 800 square kilometers and has a population of 2000. It has jurisdiction over 10 village committees, namely, Jiuda village, bengqian village, chachatang village, bosongtang village, Zerao village, niangqiong village, zhuruma village, dazatang village, baitangjiu village and suochouku village.
