Located in Jiangzhou Town, Jiangzhou village is the main grain producing area of Jiangzhou Town, with 806.27 mu of Bazi field. In large season, it mainly produces rice, while in small season, it mainly grows black rape cash crops and vegetables. It is one of the main sources of economic income of Jiangzhou village, and it is particularly important to vigorously develop agriculture. However, at present, the irrigation ditch of 539.28 Mu Bazi field in Jiangzhou village has been seriously damaged in two aspects, causing serious damage to grain yield The food production is seriously reduced and the loss is serious. On the one hand, the irrigation area of Dashigou in Jiangzhou village is 438.18 mu. Due to the pollution of coal water in Fuxi village mining area and the water-free irrigation caused by coal trucks, conflicts and disputes among the mines have been caused for many times. On the other hand, Jiangzhou village is located in Jiangzhou town. Due to the needs of infrastructure construction such as roads and houses, the amount of gravel and sand is large and the ditches are seriously damaged. For example, the irrigation area of Dashigou in shiziqiao is 6 75 mu (including lingwan village on the riverside) ditches are damaged and in disrepair, so the water supply can not meet the needs, which often leads to water potential disputes. Therefore, it brings disharmonious factors to the economic development and social stability of Jiangzhou village. Therefore, it is urgent to plan and control water conservancy facilities, starting from the two agricultural lifelines of Dashigou and shiziqiao, so as to obtain the maximum benefit with the minimum investment. The planning is as follows: first, shiziqiao mainly widens, strengthens and repairs the ditches. Secondly, it is very difficult to control the pollution in dashitougou coal mine. Through the survey, the masses suggested that a ditch should be built in shuitouzhai group of Jiangzhou village to divert water instead of some dashitougou to solve the irrigation problem. if the above planning projects can be implemented, it will greatly solve the contradictions and disputes caused by water diversion difficulties caused by backward water conservancy facilities in Jiangzhou village, and it is of great significance to resolve the contradictions and construct a harmonious Jiangzhou.
