Yungui Township
Yungui Township, belonging to Weining Yi, Hui and Miao Autonomous County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the north of Weining Yi, Hui and Miao Autonomous County. In the East and northeast, it faces kuixiang Township and Longjie town of Yiliang County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province across the Luoze river. In the southeast, it is adjacent to tujie town. In the south, it is connected with Longjie town. In the west, it is connected with Longjie town. In the north, it is connected with Shimen town. The administrative area is 132.96 square kilometers.
In July 1984, Yungui township was established; in 1992, Yuanlong District Xinmin Township was merged into Yungui township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yunnan Guizhou Township was 21259. As of June 2020, Yungui township has jurisdiction over 3 communities and 7 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Qunfeng community.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Yungui township was 7.06 million yuan, an increase of 21% over the previous year. In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise and 31 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Yungui township.
History of construction
In 1958, it merged with Xinmin and Shuitang townships to form Heping commune; in the same year, it was divided into Yungui and Xinmin management areas.
In 1962, it was merged into Yungui commune.
In July 1984, it was divided into Yungui township.
In 1992, Yuanlong District Xinmin Township was merged into Yungui township.

Yungui township is named after its location at the junction of Yunnan and Guizhou provinces.
Yungui Red Army bridge site is located in Yungui formation, Yungui village, Yungui township. The transportation departments of Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province agreed to build the "Yunnan Guizhou Red Army Bridge". In November 1989, the bridge was completed and a monument was erected.
