Jizhou Town, which belongs to Jizhou District of Hengshui City, Hebei Province, is a resident of Jizhou government. It is located in the northeast of Jizhou, East and Wei Jia Tun Town and Zaoqiang county. It is adjacent to the South Village, West and Xu Jia Zhuang, Xiao Zhai Township, north of Peach City, with a total area of 134.16 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 91615.
In 1949, it was the seventh district of Jixian County. In 1950, it was changed into the first district of Jixian County. In October 1987, it was renamed Jizhou town. In September 1993, it belongs to Jizhou city. In January 1996, yinjiazhuang Township, qianqingwa Township and Xinzhuang Township were merged. As of June 2020, Jizhou town has 83 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 445 industrial enterprises in Jizhou Town, including 38 enterprises above Designated Size and 31 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
