Xing Long Gong town, belonging to Wen An county, Langfang City, Hebei, is located in the west of Wen An county, east of Shigezhuang Town, South to the town of Da Liu, Renqiu, Cangzhou, Baoding, Xiongxian, and 54.62 square kilometers in area, and 27010 registered residence population as of 2018.

In June 1945, it belonged to eight districts of Wen'an County. In March 1949, it belonged to seven districts of Wen'an County; in December of the same year, it belonged to four districts. In 1984, it was changed to township. In September 1993, it was changed into xinglonggong town. As of June 2020, xinglonggong town has 18 administrative villages.
