Luoerda Township

Luoerda township is under the jurisdiction of ABA County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Luoerda township is located in the east of the county, 17 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 612.44 square kilometers and has a population of 5240 (2017). A Rong (an) highway transit. It has jurisdiction over Arjun, xuzang, luoerda, waduo, caoza and xueergou village committees.

On June 8, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province cancelled luoerda Township and divided the administrative region of gouza village of luoerda Township into Hezhi town; and the administrative region of Arjun village, luoerda village, xuzang village, waduo village and xueergou village of luoerda Township into anqiang town.

Historical evolution

In 1959, luoerda township was established; in 1961, the commune was changed; in 1972, xiakunma township was merged; in 1984, the township was restored; on June 8, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's government divided the administrative area of gouza village in luoerda Township into Hezhi town.

economic development

The northern part of luoerda Township mainly produces highland barley and wheat, while the southern part mainly produces animal husbandry, including yak, horse and sheep.
