Ergali township is under the jurisdiction of Jinchuan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The lowest altitude of the township is 2650 meters, and the highest altitude is 3800 meters. Most of the territory is high mountains and valleys, with high terrain from north to South and low terrain in the middle. The territory belongs to the continental plateau monsoon climate, with sunny weather and large temperature difference between day and night. The annual average temperature is 11 ℃. The territory belongs to the Dadu River system. Duke River enters from the west of sijiabi village, from west to East, into dajinchuan River, with a river length of more than 22 kilometers. Historical evolution
In 1955, ergali township was established; in 1958, the commune was changed; in 1984, the township was restored.
economic development
Ergali township is a Tibetan inhabited area, with the lowest altitude of 2650 meters and the highest altitude of 3800 meters. The main crops are highland barley, broad beans, peas and Hu beans. Wheat and corn account for a small proportion. The economic trees are mainly apples, prickly ash and walnuts. Cattle are mainly consumed in animal husbandry. The annual output of butter is more than 10000 Jin, ranking second in the county. More than ten kinds of natural fungi, such as Morchella, Tricholoma matsutake and filamentous fungi, and nearly 100 kinds of precious Chinese medicinal materials, such as Cordyceps sinensis, Fritillaria, notopterygium and rhubarb, are found in ergali Township, which is one of the economic sources of farmers and herdsmen in the township.
