Hurang Township
Hulang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Dachuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwest of the county, on the East Bank of Bahe River, 30 kilometers away from the county. Ba River is navigable all year round. A total of 10221 people (2017).
Historical evolution
Hutiao township was built in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. In 1933, it set up the Soviet of tiaodenghe township. In 1935, it was changed into Hutiao town. In 1942, it was merged with Daorang township. Hutiao town took the word "Hu" and Daorang took the word "Rang", which is subordinate to five districts of Hutiao township. In 1944, the tiger let the local tiger jump river, jurisdiction of 6 Bao. In 1950, Baojia was abolished and changed to village. In 1953, Baojia was subordinate to 15 districts (changed to baozi District in 1954). Hurang Township People's commune was established in 1958, Yuejin people's commune was established in 1966, hurang people's commune was established in 1973, and now it is even more famous in 1983. He returned to his hometown in 1984. Daxian county (now Dachuan District) governs the township.

It governs 11 villages and 1 community in Qiaogou, Yuhuang, Miaoya, Huxi, Luomiao, diaoyanzi, Longgang, Qihang, Ma'an, Tuanbao and Lingjiang. There are 53 villager groups (82 before the village was merged in 2005).
geographical environment
Hulang township is located 78 km west of Dachuan District, on both sides of Bahe River, bordering baozi in the East, DIHE and luoche in the south, Daorang in the west, and Jiangling in the north. It is 9 km long from east to west, 7.2 km wide from north to south, and covers an area of 40.22 square kilometers. The highest altitude of the township is 760 meters, and the lowest is 250 meters of Liumi stream in Qixing mountain. The township government is located on the East Bank of Bahe River in the middle, with an altitude of 300 meters.
Hulang township has four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall, average daily temperature of about 17.5 ゜ C, fertile land, rich in rice, sweet potato, wheat and corn. In 2006, the per capita net income was 2400 yuan. Hurang township has beautiful scenery and is known as a land of fish and rice.
Economic situation
Township enterprises have building materials, grain and oil processing plants. Agricultural production of rice, wheat, rapeseed, tung oil. Silkworm, pig, cattle and freshwater fish are the main breeding industries. Hulang Township covers an area of 40.22 square kilometers, with 11 township level units, including electric power management office, postal agency office, health center, grain management office, food station, agricultural machinery station, animal defense station, supply and marketing cooperative, Credit Union (Internet), central school and junior high school. There are four buses connecting to the city, and four water passenger ships, including tongdaorang, Jiangling, xiatongluo, Qiaowan and Shiti. Since the reform and opening up, hurang township has promoted the development of rural economy by focusing on the development of towns. On the basis of assets and capital verification, township enterprises have promoted the reform of property right system by one enterprise and one policy. Up to now, there are one restructured enterprise, one joint-stock cooperative system and one contracted operation. There are 4 private business stores, 1 cultural and audio store, 2 household appliances stores and 2 means of production stores in the town. The circulation of materials in urban and rural areas makes the market prosperous and shopping convenient.
Transportation
Qiaogou, Yuhuang, Miaoya, Huxi, Luomiao, diaoyanzi, Longgang, Qihang, Ma'an, Tuanbao and Lingjiang. Eight villages from Qiaogou to Qihang are located in the east of Bahe, and three villages from Ma'an to Lingjiang are located in the west of Bahe. All villages in the township are connected with highways. In 2003, the town was hardened. In 2004, the Lian Road from hulang wharf Hexi to luoche and Liancun road along Ma'an, Tuanbao and Lingjiang rivers were opened. In October 2007, the hardening of hulang section of baohu highway was completed.
