Hongfeng town
Hongfeng township is located in the southwest of Renshou County, at the end of Longquan Mountain range; it borders Yucheng Township and Jingxian Township in the East, hebazi town in Qingshen County in the south, Jinhua Township and Liusheng Township in Dongpo District in the west, and Longzheng town in the north; now Hongfeng township is an optimized combination of Hongfeng, Wanshou and Gujian townships, with a total population of 17366. The township belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate. The township has perfect infrastructure, convenient transportation, rich natural resources, characteristic agriculture and tourism resources.
Hongfeng township is located in 103 ° 53 ′ 59.86 "~ 104 ° 00 ′ 48.54" E and 29 ° 54 ′ 30.55 "~ 30 ° 00 ′ 02.45" n. Located at the end of Longquan mountains, it is located in the southwest of Renshou County. It is 38 kilometers away from Renshou County in the northeast, 35 kilometers away from Meishan City in the northwest and 27 kilometers away from Qingshen County in the south. It is the junction town of Renshou, Qingshen and Dongpo District. It borders Yucheng Township and Jingxian township of Renshou County in the East, hebazi town of Qingshen County in the south, Jinhua Township and Liusheng township of Dongpo District in the west, and Longzheng town of Renshou County in the north.
On December 10, 2019, according to the meifuhan No. 84, it was withdrawn and put under the jurisdiction of Longzheng town.
Historical evolution
In the first year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty, ancient Buddha township was built in yangsimiao, which is one of the eight townships in Renshou County.
In 1935, Renshou district was divided into five districts and 73 townships. Gufo township was divided into Zhenjiang and gufosi townships, which were under the jurisdiction of the first district (Lingyang town).
In 1949, Renshou administrative district was adjusted to 6 districts and 63 townships. Zhenjiang and ancient Buddhist temple were merged into zhengu Township, which was still under the jurisdiction of one district.
In June 1951, ten townships, such as zhengu, were set up in the first district, and the eighth District Office was set up in longjuchang. At the same time, zhengu township was divided into Gujian and Zhenjiang townships. Gujian township was located in Gufo temple and governed 10 villages, such as Jintao, Taozi, Taishou, Gujing, Shiti, Gantang, Taiping, Shinian, loufang and Jingzhu. Zhenjiang township was located in Yangsi temple and governed Baiyun, Chayuan, Yangsi, Hutou, Jinji, siliu and Jingzhu Xinmin, Cizhu, Changliang, Zhanxi, Yueming, Shunhe 12 villages.
In October 1955, Gujian and Zhenjiang merged into zhengu township. The township government set up Yangsi temple, and the township government changed its name to zhengu Township People's Committee. In October 1958, the people's commune was established, and the zhengu Township People's Committee was renamed zhengu commune management committee.
In March 1962, the ancient commune was withdrawn, Zhengjiang people's commune was established in Yangsi temple, and Gujian people's commune was established in Gufo temple. By may 1966, Zhengjiang commune had six brigades: Yongyong, Jinji, Guanghui, Xingfu, Meiman and Yueming; Gujian commune had five brigades: security, peace, diligence, peace and friendship. In March 1968, the two commune management committees were changed to revolutionary committees. In January 1981, the two commune reform committees were changed to commune management committees. In November of the same year, Zhengjiang commune was changed into Hongfeng commune for the standardization of place names. In January 1984, the two communes were transformed into the people's governments of Hongfeng Township and Gujian Township respectively.
In 2005, Longzheng district was removed and the neighboring Wanshou and Gujian townships were merged into Hongfeng township.
On December 10, 2019, Meishan Municipal People's government issued the reply of Meishan Municipal People's Government on approving Dongpo District and other six counties (districts) to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships (No. 84 of Meifu letter) III. on the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Renshou County (No. 32), Hongfeng township was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Longzheng Town, and Longzheng Town People's government was stationed at No. 12 Longyuan lane.

The geological structure unit is located at the joint of Longquan fold car in Western Sichuan platform depression, platform arch in Central Sichuan and Weiyuan dome. Longquan Mountain runs from northeast to southwest. To the west of the anticline, the basement belongs to Xiongpo Yanjinggou en echelon belt of Western Sichuan platform depression. To the southeast, it belongs to central Sichuan platform arch, and to the south, it belongs to Weiyuan dome structure.

The landform is dominated by hills. The terrain in the territory is high in the northwest and low in the East. The Longquan mountains run from the northeast corner to the southwest, and the Rongwei mountains stand at the south end. The average altitude in the territory is 460 meters, of which the highest peak is Dafeng mountain in zhongzui village, 551 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is group 1 of Baozhu village, 419 meters above sea level.

There are many types of soil suitable for planting, moderate sticky sand, deep and fertile, gray brown purple soil mainly producing corn, rich in phosphorus and potassium, good drainage area, brown purple soil suitable for cotton production, and acid old alluvial yellow mud suitable for rice and tea planting.

It belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate. It is characterized by mild climate, four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall and long frost free period. In spring, the temperature warms early, but it is unstable, and the cold wave activity is frequent. There are many droughts throughout the year, such as spring drought, summer drought and summer drought; rainfall is concentrated, hot and rainy in the same season, with local floods; the temperature drops quickly in autumn, and there is more overcast and rainy in late autumn; winter is warmer, foggy, and humid. The annual average temperature is 17.3 ℃, the average temperature in January is 6.7 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 3.8 ℃ (December 15, 1975); the average temperature in July is 26.4 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 39.9 ℃ (August 12, 2006). The average annual temperature range is 19.7 ℃, and the maximum daily temperature range is 14 ℃ (March 30, 2003). The average growth period of main crops is 146 days for rice and 185 days for wheat. The annual average frost free period is 311 days, the longest is 357 days, and the shortest is 248 days. The annual average sunshine hours are 1133.9 hours. The duration above 0 ℃ is 365 days. The average annual precipitation is 945.9 mm, and the average annual rainfall days are 132 days, with the maximum of 171 days (1964) and the minimum of 116 days (2003). The extreme annual maximum rainfall was 1410.2 mm (1961), and the extreme annual minimum rainfall was 539.5 mm (2003). The rainfall is concentrated from April to October every year, with the most in July.
traffic
With convenient transportation, highways extend in all directions, villages and communities have access roads, forming a network. There are 219 County, town, village and community roads, 285.08 km.
Before 2003, there was no cement road in the township, which was covered with dust on sunny days and mud on rainy days, seriously restricting the production and living conditions of the masses and the development of social economy.
Since 2003, through the new village poverty alleviation project and mass fund-raising, especially since 2010, the implementation of the three key poverty alleviation villages, Xichan, Heping and zhongzui, has hardened 51 Township, village and community roads of 97.41 km. Among them, in 2005, the county road "Huaqing Road" was hardened for 15 kilometers, running through the five villages of Xinjian, Meiman, Yongxin, zhongzui and Heping; in 2006, the township road "Hongjing road" was built for 4.5 kilometers. At present, there are cement roads in every village and 70% economic and social roads in the township.
Hongfeng township has formed a transportation network composed of county, township and village highway transportation modes. In 2011, the total passenger volume was 108000, and the total freight volume was 1440000 tons. There are 6 buses from Hongfeng to Renshou and Meishan, with a daily passenger volume of 300 people and an annual freight throughput of 1.44 million tons. In 2011, the transportation enterprise has 93 freight cars, 270 tons; 6 passenger cars, 214 seats.
Due to the hilly area, Hongfeng Township still has the problems of long distance, poor road condition and difficult driving. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the traffic construction.

water conservancy
Hongfeng township is rich in water resources. There are Hongfeng Reservoir, Yejiang River Basin and Fuxing reservoir in the township. Most of the water storage surface is in Hongfeng township. Some villages are irrigated by Heilongtan and Dongfeng canal, but the distribution is uneven. Some villages in mountainous areas are seriously short of water, and it is difficult for people and livestock to drink water. The irrigation of farmland water conservancy is mainly solved by Hongfeng Reservoir, Heilongtan Longzheng branch canal, dongfengqinhe canal and self impoundment. At present, the water conservancy status of the whole township: the main canal of Hongfeng Reservoir is 29.89 km, passing through 9 villages and 73 economic communities, including Cizhu, Jinji, Yongxin, Meiman, zhongzui, Taozi, Gufo, Chayuan and Heping, with about 6000 mu of cultivated land; the Longzheng branch canal of Heilongtan is 6.2 km, passing through 4 villages and 16 economic communities, including Shiluo, Changliang, Cizhu and Meiman, with about 7000 mu of cultivated land; the rest depends on micro water conservancy projects. There are 5 channels, 19.64 km, 136 channels, 52.85 km, 26 irrigation stations, 746 kW installed capacity, 134 Shanping ponds, 35 Shihe weirs, 292 reservoirs, 1176 mu of dongtun paddy field and 3740 wells.
Postal communication
At the end of 2011, there was a postal network with a total length of 40 kilometers, and the rural postal rate was 100%; 980 domestic letters were delivered throughout the year, and 200 newspapers and 1.15 million magazines were subscribed.
There are 1 telecommunication service network, 1 030 fixed line telephone users, 56 more than last year, and the penetration rate of telephone users is 19.3%; there are 3 000 mobile phone users, 123 more than last year, and the penetration rate of mobile phone is 60%, 2 percentage points higher than last year. The total length of optical cable line is 3 400 km, the trunk cable is 800 km, and the total number of Internet ports is 350, of which the total number of occupied ports is 270 There were 270 broadband access users, an increase of 85 over the previous year.
Honorary title
In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to designate Hongfeng town as a national health Township in the period of 2017-2019.
