Xinzhongyi town
Xinzhongyi Zhen is located in the southwest of the city, 13.3 kilometers away from the municipal government. Beijing Kowloon Railway, 106 National Road transit. The town government is located in Xinzhongyi village. It covers an area of 58.8 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 41250 (2017). It has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages. Ren4 well is the first well with high oil production in Renqiu oilfield. In the eastern part of the township, there is the site of Zhiye King City in the Northern Qi Dynasty.
On December 24, 2019, it will be included in the list of national rural governance demonstration towns.
Historical evolution
Xinzhongyi: the village was built in the early Yuan Dynasty. It was originally a new post, and it was between Hejian and Renqiu, so it was named Xinzhongyi, and later evolved into Xinzhongyi. The village is close to Jingkai road in the East.
Nanzhangzhuang: the village was built in the early years of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty. It was moved from Hongdong city in Shanxi Province to settle down with the surname Zhang, so it was named Zhangjiazhuang. It was renamed nanzhangzhuang in December 1981.
Liujiazhuang: in the early years of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty, Liu's village was moved from Hongdong City, Shanxi Province.
Taojiazhuang: built in the Warring States period, the village was first inhabited by the Tao family and named taojiazhuang after its surname.
Backstage Temple: the village was built in the early years of the Southern Dynasty. After the construction of a Taiji Temple by the princess of empress li of the Southern Dynasty, the residents grew day by day. Because the village was located behind the Taiji temple, it was named backstage Temple by the name of the temple.
Front stage Temple: in the Yuan Dynasty, the village was to the east of Taiji temple, which was named Xiaodong village. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, due to heavy rain, Xiaodong village was flooded by the flood. The villagers moved to build a village in front of Taiji temple, so it was renamed as Qiandai temple.
Chenjiabian Village: built in the Northern Song Dynasty. Because it is located in the Xiahe River, most of the residents are weijiawan, so it is named weijiawan. In the Yuan Dynasty, because of the plague, many residents died, leaving only the Zhao family, so it was renamed Zhao Jiawan. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, Chen family moved from Hongdong city of Shanxi Province to settle down. Because it was located at the boundary of Hejian, Renqiu and Gaoyang, it was renamed chenjiabian village.
Lijiabian Village: in the early years of Yongle in Ming Dynasty, Li family moved from Hongdong city in Shanxi Province to settle down. Because of the boundary between Hejian and Baoding, Hejian, Renqiu and Gaoyang, the village was named lijiabian village.
Huibokou: the village was built in the early Ming Dynasty. It is located on the West Bank of Zhaowang River (the ancient river road was silted in the Qing Dynasty), so it is called XiPai village. It has been called chengxibo for a long time. There is a ferry in this village, and ships gather here, so it is named huibokou. Later, it evolved into huibokou. The village is a big market in our city.
Beima Village: built in the Ming Dynasty, the village is located on the Bank of Zhaowang River. There is Nanma village on the other bank, so it is called Beima village.
Blacksmith Village: in the Ming Dynasty, two blacksmiths moved here from Jinan, Shandong Province, where they worked as blacksmiths. Later they became villages, so they named blacksmith village.
Border village: built in the Zhou Dynasty, it is named border village because it belongs to the boundary of the Zhou Dynasty.
Zhang Shi: the village was built in the Tang Dynasty. At that time, there lived a rich man surnamed Zhang who often gave porridge and rice. The ancients called Zhang she old man, so his name was Zhang Shi.
Dongwangtuan Village (xiwangtuan Village): the village was built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Several families surnamed Wang were moved from Shandong to Jiancun. Later, they suffered from disaster and famine. Some of them fled outdoors. A few years later, they returned to their hometown to live. So the village was named Wangtuan, which means reunion. Later, it was divided into East and West, which were called dongwangtuan village and xiwangtuan village.
Xichenzhuang: in the early Ming Dynasty, three families surnamed Chen moved from Hongdong City, Shanxi Province to live here, named Chenjiazhuang. It was renamed xichengzhuang in December 1981 when it was named Puxing.
Nanma Village: it was built in the Ming Dynasty. Because it was built on the South Bank of Zhaowang River and has a wharf, it is named Nanmatou. By the Qing Dynasty, the river was gradually silted up, and Nanmatou was renamed Nanmazhuang.
Nanma Xinzhuang: at the end of Ming Dynasty, due to flood, a small number of people moved from Nanma village to build the village one mile east. So it was named nanmaxingzhuang.
Liu Baodian: the village was built in the Ming Dynasty. A family surnamed Liu moved from Shandong Province to open a small shop on the North Bank of Zhaowang River (the ancient river has been silted up). Later, it became a village, named Liu Baodian.
Anlidian: built in the Ming Dynasty, a family moved from Shandong Province to open a shop on the South Bank of Zhaowang River (the ancient river has been silted up), so it was named Nandian and later evolved into anlidian.
Biandukou: the village was built in the late Ming Dynasty. Several families surnamed Bian moved from Yuncheng, Shanxi, lived along the Zhaowang River and set up a ferry, so the village was named biandukou.
Guojiakou: the village was built in the Ming Dynasty. Three families surnamed Guo came from Shanxi and settled down along the Zhaowang River. A ferry was set up, so it was named guojiakou.
Xiejiazhuang: the village was built in the Song Dynasty. It was named xiejiazhuang because of the large number of people surnamed Xie.
Peili: the village was built in 1350. It originally belonged to Hejian City. At that time, Hejian City officials and Gaoyang city officials gambled with each other and took the village as a bet. Hejian City officials lost to Gaoyang city officials, so it was named "Peili" (meaning "reparation").

The second phase project covers an area of 1700 mu, and the construction is planned to start in 2004, with an infrastructure investment of 50 million yuan It was completed in 2005. In order to achieve the goal of speeding up new industrialization and promoting urbanization proposed by Renqiu municipal Party committee and government, the park construction adheres to high starting point planning and high standard construction, and has made unified requirements for enterprises entering the park. After the completion of the park, a platform will be built for aluminum profile production enterprises in Renqiu to form scale benefits. At the same time, it also greatly solves the problems of power consumption, land use and standardized management of aluminum profile production enterprises, paving the way for the development of enterprises.
