Longma town

Longma Town, formerly known as majiaxi, was a market town before the liberation of China. In 1961, the working committee of Longma District moved to Longma Township, becoming the political, economic and cultural center of Longma district. In 1991, the township was withdrawn and merged into Longma Town, which is still in use today. It was the seat of Longma district Party committee from 1965 to April 2001. From April 2001 to May 2005, it was changed to be the seat of Longma District Working Committee. In May 2005, it was withdrawn from the district and merged into the town.

On December 6, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Meishan City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns (cfgm [2019] No. 13): Longqiao township was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Longma Town, and Longma Town People's government was stationed at No. 9 East Street. In July 2020, Longma town of Renshou County entrusted Meishan Tianfu new area with overall management.

General situation of the town

Longma town is located in the northeast of Renshou. It is the combination of Longma town and Longqiao township. The whole town covers an area of 99.66 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 11 villages, 2 communities, 220 economic communities and a total population of 54000. There are three towns in total, namely Longma Town, Longqiao town and Fengwu town. The cultivated area is 48701 mu. There are 6 schools, including 2 nine-year schools in Longqiao and Fengwu, and 1 junior high school in Longma town. One primary school and two kindergartens. At present, there are two health centers in Longma town (one in Longma town and one in Longqiao township) and four homes for the aged (Fuyan village, Wangu village, Huajiang village and Shiling Village). Renjian road runs through the north and south, and the ring highway of Chengdu Economic Zone runs across the East and West.

According to the regional spatial development layout of "one heart, one belt, two axes and four districts", Longma town belongs to renbei District of the whole county, which is a demonstration area of rural revitalization, agriculture and tourism integration. The Party committee of Longma town seriously studied and put forward the working idea of "improving the quality of the town, promoting the construction of two points and two lines, striving to create a demonstration town of Rural Revitalization and integration of agriculture and tourism". The first is to improve the quality of the town, relying on the adsorption function of Longma as the central area of the original Longma District, and the advantages of adjacent Airport Economic Zone, to create a differentiated living environment matching with the industry, so as to build Longma town into a livable supporting characteristic town in renbei district. The second is to promote the two-point and two-line construction with high quality, namely, Wangu village and Changhe village. Relying on the existing 2500 Mu crisp peach industry base, Wangu village has made great efforts to become better and stronger. It has further improved the popularity of wanguquan crisp peach by holding peach blossom Tourism Culture Festival, and extended the industrial chain by introducing new characteristic agricultural tourism projects. Build a new industrial village, take the initiative to connect and integrate into Fangjia Rongsheng rural complex, and form a continuous development. Relying on the unique geographical advantages of Longshui river running through the whole territory and surrounded by water on three sides, Changhe village strives to introduce a number of high-quality cultural and tourism projects for overall planning. The two lines are Hongxing Road extension line and Renjian expressway. Through the construction of high standard connecting line, Longma will realize the overall radiation and drive of the whole territory, and rely on the two lines to develop characteristic agriculture and rural tourism projects, and strive to build a Rural Revitalization demonstration town of agricultural tourism integration.

A brief introduction to the village

Introduction to Majia community

Majia community is located in the center of Longma Town, with convenient transportation. The community has nine communities, with 7000 permanent residents, 5400 permanent residents and about 2000 immigrants. The total area of the community is 7500 mu. There are four enterprises in the community, including meat factory, machine brick factory, cotton tire factory, clothing factory, etc.

Introduction to Tangfang Village

Tangfang village is located in the southwest of Longma Town, adjacent to Baiyun Village, Wangu village and Minying village, and between Yuantong Township and Fangjia Town, with convenient transportation. The village governs 9 communities, with a total of 1982 permanent residents, 635 permanent residents and 30 immigrants. The total area of the village is 2164 mu. Mainly to grow grain, planting 500 mu of walnut.

Introduction to Peiyan Village

Peiyan village is located in the southeast of Longma Town, adjacent to Aiqun village and Huajiang village of fuyanlongqiao township. The transportation in the village is convenient, and the cement road of the village community road is hardened to reach the community connection. There are 10 communities under the jurisdiction of the village, with a total of 1500 permanent residents and 653 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 1840 mu. In addition, economic crops such as prickly ash, sea pepper, pumpkin, watermelon and other vegetables and fruits will be vigorously developed. Brief introduction of Minying Village

Minying village is located in the northeast of Longma Town, adjacent to Baiyun Village, Tangfang village and Peiyan village, Liangfeng village of Zhonggang Township, Linhe village of Xiangxiang Township and Tianjing village of Yuantong Township, with convenient transportation. The village governs 12 communities, with a total of 2756 permanent residents and 891 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 3200 mu. We mainly grow grain.

Introduction to Gaoyuan Village

Gaoyuan village is located in the east of Longma Town, adjacent to Changhe village and Peiyan village. Longshui River surrounds the whole village. The transportation in the village is convenient, and the cement road realizes social communication. The village governs four communities, with a total of 1067 permanent residents and 329 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 1080 mu. To grow food, vegetables, pepper based.

Introduction to Fuyan Village

Fuyan village is located in the east of Longma Town, adjacent to Fenghuang village and Peiyan village. The transportation is convenient in the village, and the cement road of village community road is hardened to reach the community connection. The village governs four communities, with a total of 1286 permanent residents, 342 permanent residents and 16 immigrants. The total area of the village is 1486 mu. In addition, economic crops such as prickly ash, sea pepper, pumpkin, watermelon and other vegetables and fruits will be vigorously developed. Aquaculture 200 mu. There are 4 large pig farmers, 2 large sheep farmers and 2 large cattle farmers.

Introduction to Yonghong Village

Yonghong village is located in the west of Longma Town, adjacent to Fenghuang village and Wangu village. The transportation is convenient in the village, and the cement road of village community road is hardened to reach the community connection. The village governs 9 communities, with a total of 2000 permanent residents and 600 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 5 mu. We should mainly cultivate grain and vigorously develop aquaculture. More than 400 mu of walnuts have been planted.

Introduction to Fenghuang Village

Fenghuang village is located in the north of Longma Town, adjacent to Fuyan village and Yonghong village. The transportation in the village is convenient, and the cement road of the village community road is hardened to reach the community connection. There are 10 communities under the jurisdiction of the village, with 2650 permanent residents and 881 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 2860 mu. It mainly focuses on the cultivation of grain, and adjusts 1200 mu of Zanthoxylum bungeanum and 380 mu of aquaculture in rural areas.

Introduction to Changhe Village

Changhe village is located in the east of Longma town. It is a combination of Zhenjiang village and Changhe village. It is adjacent to Gaoyuan village and has convenient transportation. The village governs 8 communities, with a total of 2060 permanent residents, 640 permanent residents and 100 immigrants. The total area of the village is 2140 mu. It mainly grows grain and vegetables.

Introduction to Baiyun Village

Baiyun Village is located in the east of Longma Town, adjacent to Minying village, Tangfang village, Wanggu village, Yonghong village and Peiyan village, with convenient transportation. There are 8 communities under the jurisdiction of the village, with a total of 1642 permanent residents and 482 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 1648 mu. We mainly grow grain.

Introduction to Dongshan Village

Dongshan village is located in the south of Longma Town, adjacent to Yonghong village, Changhe village and Majia community, with convenient transportation. There are 12 communities under the jurisdiction of the village, with 2130 permanent residents and 646 permanent residents. The total area of the village is 2520 mu. It mainly grows grain and vegetables, including about 140 mu of loquat, 150 mu of walnut, 100 mu of prickly ash and 300 mu of fish.

Longma town is 118 kilometers away from Chengdu, 21 kilometers away from Renshou County, 59 kilometers away from Jianyang City, and Renjian road runs through north and south

Longma Avenue: Longma Avenue passes through Phoenix City, with a total length of 800 meters, two-way four lanes and a width of 26 meters. The total investment in infrastructure is 20 million yuan. It connects the two ends of Renjian road in and out of Longma town. It is a transit thoroughfare of the town. After completion, it is the most beautiful avenue in Northeast Renshou. On both sides of the avenue are the accompanying Phoenix Project. The main project has been completed, with a construction area of 100000 square meters. The first phase of the project has been handed over, and the tall buildings form a sharp contrast with the surrounding river beach.
