Simen Town

Simencunzhen is located in the middle of Botou City, Hebei Province (17km away from the west suburb of Botou City). With beautiful natural environment, simencunzhen is the political, economic and cultural center of the whole town. It integrates industry, commerce, trade, transportation, information and catering services. It is a small town with complete functions and facilities. Historical evolution

In 1953, Shimen village was established. In 1958, it was changed into a commune. In 1984, it was established as a town. In 1997, it covers an area of 82 square kilometers and has a population of 32000.
