Banliya town
Banliya Town, once established in Zizhong County, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the middle of Zizhong County. It is connected with Shuinan town in the East, xinglongjie town in the south, Yuxi town in the West and guide town in the north. Its central location is 29 ° 46 ′ 12 ″ N and 104 ° 48 ′ 4 ″ e, with a total area of 40.17 square kilometers.
In 1962, Fenghuang commune was renamed Banli commune. In 1981, it was renamed banliya commune, which was named after bandengya. In fact, it had nothing to do with chestnut. In 1984, it was changed to banliya township. In 1992, it was merged with Honghua township to form banliya township. In 2015, it was withdrawn from township to build town. In December 2019, it will be withdrawn and merged into Shuinan town.
Chengdu Chongqing railway, national highway 321 and Chengdu Chongqing Expressway cross the territory of banliya town. As of 2014, banliya town has jurisdiction over one community and 16 administrative villages. There are two towns, banliya and Honghua, with a total population of 21731 (2017). In the first half of 2013, the total output value of agriculture was 23.94 million yuan, and that of scale industry was 45.85 million yuan.
History of construction
At the beginning of the Republic of China, the town belonged to Shuinan town and guide township respectively, the former banliya Township belonged to Shuinan Town, and the former Honghua Township belonged to Shuinan town and guide township respectively. In 1935, Shuinan town was divided into changchong Township and niuzhai township. In 1937, the two townships of changchong and niuzhai merged into Fengzhi township. In 1940, the former Honghua township was divided into Fenghuang Township and guide township. In 1951, it established niuzhai Township, Shigao Township, Honghua Township, longhuang Township, Fenghuang Township, Renhe Township and Tuanjie Township. In 1955, longhuang township was merged into Fenghuang Township, and Tuanjie Township was merged into Honghua township. In 1958, Fenghuang Township and Honghua Township were abolished and Fenghuang people's Commune and Honghua people's commune were rebuilt. In 1962, Fenghuang people's commune was renamed Banli people's commune. In 1984, the people's commune was abolished and the township was set up. Banliya commune and Honghua commune were changed into banliya Township and Honghua Township respectively, both of which belong to Shuinan District of Zizhong County. In August 1992, Zizhong County withdrew districts and merged townships to build and expand townships. Shuinan district was abolished, and banliya Township and Honghua Township were merged into banliya Township, which is subordinate to Zizhong County of Neijiang City. In December 2015, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Zizhong County abolished banliya Township and established banliya Town, taking the administrative region of the former banliya township as the administrative region of banliya town. on December 4, 2019, Sichuan provincial government approved that Neijiang City should adjust the administrative divisions of some towns, cancel banliya Town, and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of Shuinan Town, where the people's Government of Shuinan town is stationed at No.1 Renhe street. on December 4, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved to cancel banliya town and put its administrative region under the jurisdiction of Shuinan town.
