Luguan Township
Luguan Township, belonging to Nanpi County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Nanpi County, adjacent to Yanshan County in the East, facing Leling County in Shandong Province across Zhangweixin River in the south, Zhaizi town in the west, wangsi town and baoguantun town in the north. The Township People's Government is 26.25 kilometers away from Nanpi County People's government, with a total area of 98.54 square kilometers.
In twenty-nine years (1940), Fengxiang Township and Lujiang irrigation county were Ningjin province of Shandong province; in 1983, they were changed into Fengxiang Township and Lujiang township; in 1996, Fengxiang township was merged into Lujiang township; as of the end of 2018, Luguan had 58650 registered residence population; as at June 2020, Lujiang Township administered 40 administrative villages, and the Township People's Government in Luguan village.

History of construction
In 1940, Fengxiang Township and Luguan Township belonged to Ningjin County, Shandong Province.
In 1943, Fengxiang township was assigned to Nanpi County;
In 1945, Luguan township was zoned back to Nanpi County. The two townships belonged to six districts of Nanpi County.
In 1958, the two townships were assigned to Ningjin County, Shandong Province.
In 1961, it was put under Nanpi County as Fengxiang commune and Luguan commune.
In 1983, it was changed into Fengxiang Township and Luguan township.
In 1996, Fengxiang township was merged into Luguan township.
