Qing Dynasty and before
In ancient times, it was under the jurisdiction of Langzhong County, Huyuan County, Linjin County, Baishui County, Yonggui County, Jianmen County, Pu'an County and Jianzhou county. In 1872, longlibao was set up as one of the 13 baos in Jianzhou, and huoshaosi (today's Heling town) was controlled. The second year of Xuantong (1910) of the Qing Dynasty, local autonomy was carried out, and the administrative division of Jianzhou Autonomous Prefecture was adjusted. There were 1 city, 2 towns and 4 townships under the jurisdiction of 13 Bao. Longlibao was under the jurisdiction of Lihe township (zhitrojan temple, now Trojan town).
the Republic of China era
in 1913, Jianzhou was changed into Jiange County, and longlibao belonged to Lihe township of Jiange county. In 1914, longlibao was changed into longlituan, and Lihe township was abolished. Longlituan was directly under the jurisdiction of Jiange county (governing Pu'an, now Pu'an town). In 1930, the Longli group was divided into two districts: Longli upper district and Longli lower district. In April 1935, the Fourth Front Army of the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army set up Chihua County, abandoned district and Baoxian county. Under the Soviet, there were three levels of Soviet regime, namely district, township and village, and Chihua district and Chihua township. In the autumn of that year, the KMT Jiange county government reorganized and merged 16 districts into six district offices, abolished longlishang District, merged Taihe District and Guang'an District into the Fifth District (now Jiangkou Town), which today belongs to Heling district. New China period
after the founding of the people's Republic of China, Heling township was restored in 1950. In 1952, the administrative division of Jiange county was adjusted, and the sequence of administrative divisions was the seventh district office of Jiange county. In 1953, the seventh district office was set up here, belonging to Heling township. In 1955, the former Fujun township was merged into Heling township. In December of the same year, the seventh district was renamed Heling district. In 1958, Heling township was transformed into Heling people's commune. On November 17, 1966, with the approval of the former people's Committee of Sichuan Province and the former administrative office of Mianyang special region, the district office and 52 people's communes named after place names were changed into new names with "revolutionary significance". Heling district and Heling people's commune were renamed as Chiwei district and Chiwei people's commune, which were restored in 1967. in 1981, when the first national census of place names was conducted, the Taiping People's commune in Heling district was changed into Yangling people's commune, and the Shuimo people's commune was changed into Jinping people's commune. in 1984, the grass-roots political power was restructured and the government and society were separated. The people's communes in Heling district were restored to the township system, and the Heling people's commune was restored to Heling township. In October 1985, Heling township was abolished and changed to Heling town. In 1989, Heling District, covering an area of 259.4 square kilometers, has jurisdiction over 47 villages and 331 groups in Heling Town, Yangcun Township, Qiaodian Township, Jinping Township, Yangxi Township and Yangling township. In 1992, Jiange County implemented the policy of withdrawing districts and building towns into townships, abolishing Heling district. The original one town and five townships under the jurisdiction of Heling district were adjusted to three towns and one township. Yangcun Township, Qiaodian Township and Jinping Township were merged and rebuilt into Yangcun Town, Yangling township was rebuilt into Yangling Town, and Heling Town, Yangcun Town, Yangling town and Yangxi Township were directly under Jiange county. In 1995, Yangxi township was abolished and its administrative area was merged into Heling town. Jinping Township and Qiaodian Township were restored. in June 2006, the Heling supervision office was abolished, and Heling town was no longer the administrative center of Heling district. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, in 1935, the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army established the Soviet regime of Chihua Township and Hualin Township in today's Heling town. During the period of the Republic of China, Hualin village was located in Longfeng township of Zhaohua county. In 1950, Heling Township, Hualin Township, Yangxi Township and Fujun Township were established in today's Heling town. In 1952, Hualin township was merged into Yangxi township. In 1955, Fujun township was merged into Heling Township, with a total of 10 villages, namely Chihua village, Jinzhu village, Bolin village, Changshou village, Yongxing Village, Shiya village, Longtan Village, Qingmu village, Huilong village and Shuangbai village.
