Crystal town is located in the northwest edge of Pingwu County, 48 kilometers away from Pingwu County. Crystal town borders KuoDa Township in the East, Daqiao town and Tucheng Township in the south, Huya Township and Xiaohe Township in Songpan County in the west, huangyangguan Township and Mupi Township in the north. Historical evolution

Crystal town used to be the settlement of baimapan people in history. Baima language called it "nisigeshao". Because its underground entrance was often flooded in history, it was named Shuijin. Crystal town belongs to the Sinian system of Motianling district. The mountains are mostly composed of carbonate rocks. The terrain of the town is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. Huangyang river is a tributary on the left bank of Fujiang River.
