Wanglong Town, driven by the two traditional pillar industries of grain and animal husbandry and supported by the construction of municipal small towns, develops high-quality fragrant rice and green livestock products in the face of Chongqing's big market, the opportunity of western development and the challenge of WTO, exploits inferior forest and ecological agriculture by utilizing the advantaged bank of the Yangtze River, and develops freshwater fishery by utilizing abundant water resources. In 2008, the scale development of all kinds of famous fruits, broken season vegetables and market town construction is showing strong.
the secondary industry
Wanglong town is located in the middle section of huluhui on the North Bank of the Yangtze River. Due to the separation of the Yangtze River, the development of agriculture and rural economy has always been slow, and the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure has failed for many years, with little effect. From the "one village, one product" in the 1980s to the introduction of fine varieties in the 1990s to the ecological engineering projects in the 21st century, we basically paid attention to it every year and planted it every year. In 2008, there were few kinds of products, which could not enter the market and form a brand. The rural economy was still a historical structure dominated by grain and pigs. Agricultural products processing only stays in the general milling and feed crushing, short-term and small batch of agricultural products transportation and marketing can only meet the short-term requirements of the current agricultural situation, and the development of rural specialized cooperative organizations is weak. Due to financial constraints, the construction of market towns is slow, dirty and poor, and other problems are more prominent. Although Yongding central village is moving fast, its environmental facilities can't keep up, the central village is in serious debt, and the streets are hard to be hardened. Only labor export has basically formed the biggest financial pillar of rural families in Wanglong town. Those who have the ability to work basically go out, leaving the old, the weak, the young and the disabled to support the agricultural economy. Families without migrant workers account for 30% of the total number of households in Wanglong Town, and most of them become poor families with a per capita net income of less than 825 yuan. Over the years, the town's finance owes more than 4.27 million yuan. Due to the factors such as the interest of fund-raising, the amount of debt is on the rise year by year. The amount of debt owed by Wanglong village was 810000 yuan, which was actually caused by the expenses of roads, electricity reform and activity rooms.
New industry
In 2008, Wanglong town of Hejiang County focused on the development of pig breeding industry, focusing on building pig breeding base. Wanglong town vigorously cultivates large pig farmers. Wanglong town actively communicates and coordinates with credit cooperatives to strive for loan services for large households. In the aspect of water and electricity, we should coordinate water pipe stations and power supply stations to solve their worries about water and electricity. On technical issues, a large pig farmer should contact 1 technician, and a large-scale pig farm should contact 1-2 technicians. Wanglong town actively supports farmers to develop pig breeding. In 2008, two new pig farms were built in Guanyintang village of Wanglong Town, covering an area of more than 1000 square meters. When going through the building procedures, Wanglong town tried its best to simplify the approval procedures and provide convenience for pig farmers. At the same time, Wanglong town also tried every means to introduce outsiders with capital, technology and ability to develop pig breeding in Wanglong town. At the beginning of the year, Wanglong town introduced two foreign owners to set up pig farms.
