Xuantan town is subordinate to Luxian County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the north of Luzhou City and the northeast of Luxian County, Sichuan Province. Its central position is 29 ° 20 'n and 105 ° 58' E. It is 30km away from Yongchuan District of Chongqing in the East, 40km away from Luzhou port and 50km away from Lantian airport in the south, 28km away from Luxian County in the West and 20km away from Rongchang District of Chongqing in the north.
