Tujia township of Chang'an
Chang'an Tujia Township, subordinate to Fengjie County, Chongqing, is located in the southeast of Fengjie County. It is adjacent to Yezhou Town, Jianshi County, Hubei Province in the southeast, Taiyanghe Town, Enshi City, Hubei Province in the south, Xinglong Town in the southwest, Hefeng Township and Fengping Township in the northwest, Miaoyu town and Hongchun Tujia Township in Wushan County in the northeast. It is 42km away from the residence of Fengjie County Government, with a total area of 126.47km Square kilometers.
At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, the Tujia Township in Chang'an belonged to the South Bank of Duli; in 2000, it was changed from Chang'an township to Chang'an Tujia township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Tujia Township in Changan was 16151. As of June 2020, Chang'an Tujia township has one community, seven administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in group 1 of Jiuli village.
The Tujia township of Chang'an has formed an industrial pattern of high mountain medicinal materials, medium and high mountain livestock breeding, low mountain pig breeding and labor economy. The main food crops in Tujia township of Chang'an are potato, corn, rice and wheat; the main animal husbandry is pig, cattle, sheep and poultry. History of construction
At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, it belongs to the south bank. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to shanjiaoba township.
In the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919), it belonged to the nine character regiment. In 1930, it belonged to Jiuzi township. In 1933, it belonged to the town of 9192, the fourth district. In 1935, it was a nine character joint insurance. In June 1940, the new county system was implemented, which belonged to Jiuzi township of the third district. In August of the same year, Jiuzi township was renamed Junzi township. In 1947, it was transferred to the Fifth District.
In 1949, it belonged to Junzi Township, the sixth guidance area.
In 1950, it was changed to district 10.
In November 1958, it belonged to Jiuli commune of Xinglong district.
In October 1959, maocaoba forest farm was changed into Yong'an commune.
In October 1983, Yong'an commune was changed into Yong'an township.
In September 1992, Yong'an township was merged into shican township. There are two townships, shican and Jiuli.
In October 1995, Yongan Township was rebuilt.
On October 30, 1995, Yong'an township was renamed Chang'an township.
In 2000, Chang'an township was removed and Chang'an Tujia township was built.
In July 2004, Jiuli and shican townships were merged into Tujia townships in Chang'an.

The surface gullies are vertical and horizontal, and underground caves are numerous. The terrain is mountainous. The main peaks are Sifang mountain, kualitian, Xiangsi mountain, Shimenkan and wokengjiao. The highest peak in the territory is badengliangzi, which is 2108 meters above sea level; the lowest point is jiupan River, which is 200 meters above sea level.
