Fenhe town
Fenhe Town, subordinate to Fengjie County, Chongqing City, is located in the northeast of Fengjie County, connecting Caotang town in the East, Baidi town in the south, Kangle town in the west, Longxi town in Wushan County and Shangxun town in Wuxi County in the north. It is 13 kilometers away from the residence of Fengjie county government, with a total area of 133.27 square kilometers.
At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, Fenhe town belonged to Yongli on the north bank; in September 1992, Fenhe town was merged by Fenhe Township, Tianchi Township and Yanwan township. By the end of 2018, the population of Fenhe town registered residence was 40818. As of June 2020, Fenhe town has one community, 13 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in four groups of Baishui community.

History of construction
At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, it belongs to Yongli on the north bank.
During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to silent dam and heiloumen township.
In 1916, it was changed to the first district. In 1919, it belonged to Jizi, cunzi and Dongxi regiment. In the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), it belonged to Xizi, cunzi and Jizi Township in the second district. In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), it belonged to the joint protection of Xi, Cun and Ji characters. In June 1940, it belonged to Dongxi, Jizi and Huangcun townships in the first district.
After 1949, it belongs to Dongxi and Tianchi townships of Shuian District, Jingjing and Huangcun townships of silent district.
In September 1953, the territory was divided into Dongxi, Tianchi, Shiyuan, Huangcun, Fuma, Qulong and other townships.
In December 1955, small townships merged with big townships, belonging to Dongxi, Tianchi and Huangcun townships respectively.
In September 1992, Fenhe Township, Tianchi Township and Yanwan Township were merged into Fenhe town.
