Qinglong Town
Qinglong Town, subordinate to Tongliang District of Chongqing, is located in the southeast of Tongliang District, adjacent to Dalu town of Bishan District in the East, Hufeng town in the south, Shiyu town in the West and Pulu town in the north. It is 13 kilometers away from the residence of Tongliang District People's government, with a total area of 26.02 square kilometers.
In the 25th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1845), a farm was built in Qinglong Town, once known as jingjingtan and Qinglong Farm; in October 2010, it was changed from Qinglong township to Qinglong Town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Qinglong Town was 14884. As of June 2020, Qinglong Town has one community and four administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's Government of Qinglong Town is stationed at 31 longmiao street, Jingtan community.
In 2018, there were 29 industrial enterprises in Qinglong Town, including one above scale and eight comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Qing Daoguang 25 years (1845), Qinglong Town built around the field, once known as mirror beach, Qinglong field.
In December 1949, Qinglong township was built, belonging to the Second District of Tongliang district.
After April 1953, it belongs to Pulu district.
In April 1958, Qinglong township was changed into Qinglong commune.
In June 1983, Qinglong commune was changed into Qinglong township.
In October 2010, Qinglong township was changed into Qinglong Town.
