Biquan street, belonging to Bishan District of Chongqing, is located in the south of Bishan district. It is connected with Zengjia town of Shapingba District in the East, Qinggang street in the south, Daxing Town in the West and Bicheng street in the north. In the Ming Dynasty, Biquan street belongs to bishanli; in December 2010, it was set up by Bicheng street. In 2020, the total population of Biquan sub district is about 250000. As of June 2020, Biquan street has 14 communities under its jurisdiction, and its sub district office is located at 208 Jinjian Road, Wenfeng community.

In Ming Dynasty, Biquan street belongs to Bishan.
In 1981, it belonged to Bi Town.
In December 2003, it belongs to Bicheng street.
In December 2010, Biquan street was set up from Bicheng street.
