Shijia town

Shijia Town, belonging to Qianjiang District of Chongqing, is located in the southwest of Qianjiang district. It is connected with Shuishi Township in the East, ECHI town in the south, Youyang Autonomous County in the west, Xinhua Township and Taiji Township in the north. It is 57 kilometers away from the people's Government of Qianjiang District, with a total area of 93.21 square meters.

During the song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shijia town was under the jurisdiction of Youyang chieftain; in November 2001, Shijia town was established by merging Pingba village, TuYan village and Chawan village of Xuetang Township in Senba Township, Shijia Township and Xin'an township. History of construction

In song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was under the jurisdiction of Youyang chieftain.

In the 13th year of Yongzheng reign of Qing Dynasty (1735), after "changing the land to flow", it belonged to rongpingli, Youyang County.

In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it belonged to four townships in the north of Youyang. In 1935, the four townships in North China were abandoned, belonging to ECHI Township and Shashi Township in the third district of Youyang County.

In January 1951, it was set up in Lianhe township.

In the spring of 1952, it belonged to Qianjiang County; in the winter of the same year, Lianhe township was renamed Shijia township.
