In 1944, Fengjia street was the first guidance area of Zhengyi township; in March 2009, it was changed from Fengjia town to Fengjia street. At the end of 2011, Fengjia street had a total population of 27680. As of June 2020, Fengjia street has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 2 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located in Zhongba community.

History of construction
In 1944, it was the first guidance area of Zhengyi township.
In November 1949, it was Zhengyi township.
In July 1983, Zhengyi township was changed into Fengjia town.
In January 2001, Zhaizi township was merged into Fengjia town.
In March 2009, Fengjia town was changed into Fengjia street.
