Maliuzui town
Maliuzui Town, belonging to Banan District of Chongqing, is located in the northeast of Banan District, adjacent to Xinmiao town of Fuling District in the East, Shuanghekou town in the south, Yangtze River in the west, LUOQI town of Yubei district across the river, Jiangnan Town of Changshou District in the north, 95 kilometers away from the people's Government of Banan District, with a total area of 77.94 square kilometers.
In 1707, maliuzui town belonged to Renli Qijia. In December 1993, maliuzui town was built by merging maliuzui Township and Tianchi township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Ma Liu Kou Town was 27960. As of June 2020, maliuzui town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 10 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at 236 Wenming road.

History of construction
In 1707, maliuzui town was located in Renli Qijia.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Maliu set up a township level administrative region; in the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), maliuli was changed to Maliu Township in June 1931; in the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), Maliu township was changed to Maliu Lianbao; in the 30th year of the Republic of China (1941), Maliu Lianbao was changed to Maliu township.
In December 1952, Maliu township was divided into three townships: Tianchi Township, Qingxi Township and Pingqiao township.
In April 1954, Pingqiao township was merged into Maliu township.
In December 1955, Qingxi township was merged into Maliu township.
In January 1956, Tianchi township was merged into Maliu township; in November of the same year, Qingxi township was restored.
In September 1958, Qingxi Township and Maliu Township merged to build Maliu commune.
In February 1959, Maliu commune was changed into Maliu management area.
In December 1960, Maliu management area was changed into Maliu commune.
In June 1961, Maliu commune established Tianchi commune.
In August 1981, maliuzui commune was renamed maliuzui commune.
In 1982, maliuzui commune was changed into maliuzui township.
In December 1993, maliuzui Township and Tianchi Township merged to build maliuzui town.
In January 1995, Ba County was abolished and Banan District was established, which belonged to maliuzui town.
In July 2001, Qingxi township was merged into maliuzui town.

As of June 2020, maliuzui town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 10 administrative villages: maliujie community, paifangjie community, Bajiao village, Wangjiang village, Zhuangbao village, pailou village, Pingqiao village, renheqiao village, huilongsi village, shuiyandang village, Zitong village and Xiangxiang village. The town people's government is stationed at No. 236 Wenming road.
