Yuanyang Street

In 1621, Yuanyang farm was basically formed; in December 2003, it was changed from Yuanyang to Yuanyang street. At the end of 2011, Yuanyang street had a total population of 30959. History of construction

In 1621, Yuanyang farm was basically formed.

In 1754, the Jiangbei Hall of Chongqing government set up three li (Ren, Yi and Li), and Yuanyang farm was subordinate to Li Li.

In 1921, Yuanyang town was established under the jurisdiction of Baxian county. In 1941, Yuanyang town was changed into Yuanyang township.

In November 1949, it was subordinate to the first district of Jiangbei County.

In 1958, Yuanyang township was changed into Yuanyang commune.

In 1967, Yuanyang commune was renamed Xiangyang commune.

In 1984, Xiangyang commune was changed into Yuanyang township.

In December 1993, Yuanyang Township and Cuiyun Township merged into Yuanyang town.

In December 2003, Yuanyang town was replaced by Yuanyang street.
