Wuling mountain town
Wulingshan Township, belonging to Fuling District of Chongqing, is located in the east of Fuling District, bordering Shuanghe township of Wulong District in the East, Baima town of Wulong District in the south, Xingshun township of Wulong District in the west, Baitao street in the north and Damu township of Fuling District in the northeast. It is 29 kilometers away from the government of Fuling District, with a total area of 112.64 square kilometers.
Wuling Mountain Township is named for its Wuling mountains. In the Qing Dynasty, Wulingshan township was located in Dongli, Fuzhou; in 2004, it was renamed Wulingshan Township from Longtang township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Wuling was 7992. As of June 2020, Wulingshan township has jurisdiction over one community and five administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 1 Xuefu Road, Wulingshan township.

History of construction
Wuling Mountain Township is named for its Wuling mountains.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Dongli of Fuzhou; in the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Second District of Fuzhou (in Qingxi Town).
In 1931, it was the seventh district of Fuling county. In 1940, it belonged to the Fifth District of Fuling county. In 1942, it was transferred to Wulong, Sichuan Province.
At the beginning of 1950, Longtang township was set up.
In November 1958, Longtang township was assigned to Baitao District of Fuling county.
In 1992, Longtang township was merged into shanwo township.
In November 1995, shanwo township was divided into Longtang township.
In 2004, Longtang township was renamed Wulingshan township.
