Changping Township, subordinate to Fusui County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located on the North Bank of Zuojiang River, in the north of Fusui County, bordering Longtou Township in the East, Xinning town in the southeast, Quli town in the southwest, Jiangzhou District in the West and Zhongdong town in the northwest. The administrative area of Changping township is 180.66 square kilometers. In late 2018, 27024 people registered residence in Changping.
In 1933, there was Changping Township, belonging to Tongzheng county. In 1952, the second district was set up under the jurisdiction of Fusui county. In 1958, Changping commune was established. In 1962, Changping commune was changed into Changping District. In 1968, Changping District was transformed into Changping commune. Sairenxi river originates from Tuolu Town, Jiangzhou District. It flows from longwentun of sairencun, passes through Shili, Zhonghua, Sihe and Balian villages, and joins Wengjiang River in the west of nongzhuangtun of Balian village, with a length of 23 km. Zuoyu Creek originates from Shangyu village of Zhongdong Town, flows from Zuoyu village of Zhonghua village, passes through Xiaotong village of Sihe village, and joins sairen Creek in Shuangjia village of Balian village, with a length of 6 km. At 1.2km to the northwest of pingbai village, there is a perennial Guilong water pool. Under the pool, there is a dark river gushing out. The pool water area is about 900 square meters all the year round.
