Historical evolution
In the first year of Lingwang of the Western Zhou Dynasty (571 BC), Tangyi was located. In the 14th year of King Jing of Zhou Dynasty (506 BC), Tangyi belonged to Wu. In 473 B.C., Tangyi belonged to Yue. In the fourteenth year of King Xian of Zhou Dynasty (355 BC), Tangyi belonged to Chu. In the 26th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (221 BC), the county system was changed, and Tangyi county was set up, belonging to Jiujiang county. When the Chu and Han Dynasties fought, Tangyi belonged to Huainan County of the Han Dynasty. In the sixth year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty (201 BC), Chen Ying was granted the title of Marquis of Tangyi, and Tangyi was the Marquis state. In the sixth year of Yuanshou (117 BC), Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty changed Tangyi into Tangyi. in the period of the Three Kingdoms, the second year (221) of the early yellow Dynasty of Wei belonged to Wei. in the 13th year of chiwu (250th year), Tang Yi belonged to Wu. in the first year of Long'an (397) in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the Central Plains was in chaos, and the people of Qin moved southward. In the early Yuan Dynasty, Liuhe belonged to the governor of Yangzhou. In 1389, Liuhe was changed to yingtianfu. In 1645, Tianfu was changed to Jiangning Fu, which belonged to Liuhe. In 1858, the Taiping army conquered Liuhe, and Hong Xiuquan put Jiangbei area under Tianpu province. After the Qing army captured Tianjing, Liuhe returned to Jiangning Prefecture. In 1884, it belonged to the first map of shangsandu in Liuhe County. Now along the river, there are xintaohebao, meiguanbao and yaowanbao. during the period of the Republic of China, there were districts, towns, townships, Bao, and A-class below the county level. In 1912, Liuhe County was directly under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province. in 1919, Liuhe County was divided into eight districts, under which there were townships. In the countryside, there were Baoji and Jiaji, belonging to the third district. In 1934, Liuhe County was reorganized into districts and townships, and the division of Liuhe County was adjusted. Most of the areas along the river belonged to Longshan Township, and a small part to Xinhe township. It belongs to Longshan Township, the Fourth District of Liuhe County, and belongs to the tenth administrative supervision district of Jiangsu Province. In 1945, Longshan Township and Xindu Township were merged into Longdu Township, which was subordinate to Getang district. In November 1948, Liuhe County belonged to Chuxian District of Northern Anhui. In April 1952, Longshan Township designated Baota, Luxi (Fengqiang Village), Fengqiang, Fuxing (including Jingxin), Xinhua and other villages to establish Yanjiang Township, which is subordinate to Getang District of Liuhe County. In February 1956, Yanjiang township was put under the jurisdiction of Pukou District, Nanjing city. At the end of August 1958, the people's commune along the Yangtze River was established, the township system was abolished, and the government and society were integrated. In the same year, the local state-owned Pukou animal husbandry farm was planned to be built, and Fengqiang village and Luxi village were all brought under the jurisdiction of the farm as production bases, which were renamed Fengqiang production management area and Luxi production management area. In October of the same year, Yanjiang people's commune changed its name to Hongxing people's commune, and Yanzhou district was Yanjiang brigade. In 1959, the commune along the Yangtze River was abolished and the Xinhua vegetable brigade and the Fuxing brigade were established. In March 1960, Hongxing people's commune was renamed xiejiadian people's commune. Immediately, jiejiadian people's Commune and Getang people's commune were merged and renamed Getang people's commune. Later, it was also called Bayi people's commune. In 1961, Getang people's commune was designated as a pilot unit to carry out the "60 items of agriculture". In August of the same year, the Longshan brigade in the former Pancheng people's commune (formerly Longshan commune) was incorporated into the Yanjiang people's commune as a whole, while the Taoyuan brigade in the Puzhen people's commune was incorporated into the Yanjiang people's commune, and the establishment of the Yanjiang people's commune was restored. In June 1963, the scale of the commune was readjusted. The people's commune along the Yangtze River was divided into Baota people's commune; Longshan, Luxi and Fengqiang were called Fengqiang people's commune together; Zhouzhou district was still called Yanjiang people's commune. At this time, the construction of the production team was cancelled, and the commune led the production team directly. In April 1964, Baota commune and Yanjiang commune's four teams, nanfanggeng, Shankou, dengwa and Wuzhuang, were included in Sanhe people's commune. In May 1965, the scale of the commune was adjusted. The people's commune along the Yangtze River in Taizhou district and Fengqiang people's commune in mountainous area were merged into the people's commune along the Yangtze River. The first level organization of the brigade was restored. At this time, the pagoda set aside the remaining production teams, together with fan WA, Chen Wa and Guan Yang from Luxi to form Tangzhuang production team, and seven teams (Chen Zhuang) from Longshan production team were assigned to Luxi production team. In February 1969, the Revolutionary Committee of Yanjiang people's commune was established. in 1971, the two brigades of Shangba and Xiaba were merged and renamed combat brigade. At the end of 1973, the people's commune along the Yangtze River was put under the jurisdiction of Dachang District. in 1975, the combat brigade was abolished and two brigades, Shangba and Xiaba, were restored. In October of the same year, Dachang District merged with Pukou District, and the people's commune along the river returned to Pukou District. in may 1976, Shangba and Xiaba merged again to restore the combat brigade. At this time, the whole society had 7 brigades and 61 sub brigades. In May 1981, the Revolutionary Committee of Yanjiang commune was abolished and the commune management committee was established. In 1983, the system of separating administration from community was implemented, and the administrative organs at the township level were restored. The name of "commune" was no longer used, and the township, village and group were set up at the grassroots level. In October of the same year, the people's commune along the Yangtze River was abolished and the township was restored. The commune management committee was changed into the Township Economic Joint Management Committee. in 1984, the brigade changed its name to administrative village and the production team to production group; the combat brigade was abolished and divided into Shangba village and Xinhua Village, and the township was divided into eight administrative villages. in 1985, the administrative village was changed into a villagers' committee. in October 1989, the system of Yanjiang township was changed to that of Yanjiang town. In 1993, Fengqiang residents committee (reconstructed from the former Jinling factory residents committee) and Xuefu Road residents committee were established. in October 1997, Xuefu Road residents committee came under the jurisdiction of Luxi villagers committee. In May 1998, Fengqiang village committee and Longshan Village Committee merged into Fengqiang village committee. Luxi village committee and Tangzhuang village committee are merged into Luxi village committee. In April 1999, Shangba village committee and Xinhua Village Committee merged into Xinhua Village Committee. in May 2002, Pukou District and Jiangpu County merged into new Pukou District, which belongs to Yanjiang district. in November 2002, Yanjiang town was abolished and changed into Yanjiang sub district office of Pukou District People's government. In April 2003, the villagers' committee was changed into the community residents' committee, and the Fengqiang residents' committee was changed into the Taifeng Road residents' committee. In 2003, Xuefu Road residents committee was incorporated into Luxi community residents committee. in 2007, Yanjiang sub district office has jurisdiction over 6 communities.
