Huangqi Town, a part of the Fengning Manchu Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the central part of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to the registered residence in the east of Fengning, adjacent to the South Mongolian Mongol Township, and the South and southwest connected with the local towns. The West and Northwest connect with the four fork towns. The north, northeast and Sujia township are adjacent to each other, with a total area of 321.91 square kilometers. At the end of 2018, the household registration population is 15804.
In September 1945, it belonged to shanghuangqi District of Fengning County. In May 1956, Huangqi township was built. In June 1984, the commune was abolished and the Manchu Township in Huangqi was built. In January 1989, Liangui and LeGuo were merged. In August 1993, Huangqi Town was rebuilt. As of June 2020, Huangqi Town has 18 administrative villages.
