Nanzhu street, under the jurisdiction of Qinnan District, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Qinzhou City, adjacent to Renmin Road and Xiangyang Street in the East, cement plant in Qinzhou City in the west, Kangxiling town in the west, Xinxing street in the south, Wenfeng street in the South, Zicai West Street in the north, Zicai street in Qinbei District, with a total area of about 10.7 square kilometers.

As of June 2020, Nanzhu street has three communities under its jurisdiction, and its sub district office is located at No. 9, Wuxiang, Fengling.

In 2018, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Nanzhu street was 34265 yuan, the total output value of industries above designated size was 571 million yuan, and the investment was 1.02 billion yuan.

History of construction

In June 1996, when Qinzhou town was abolished, Nanzhu street was set up separately, and the former part of northwest village, Beiying village and Gaoling village of Shabu town were under the jurisdiction of the district.

In September 2003, it was transferred to Qinnan District.

At the end of 2011, Nanzhu street had jurisdiction over four communities: Chengxi, Beiying, baishuitang, Gaoling, and 38 resident groups.

In 2018, Nanzhu street has three communities: Gaoling, Chengxi and Hongtai.

As of June 2020, Nanzhu street has three communities under its jurisdiction: Chengxi community, Gaoling community and Hongtai community; and its sub district office is located at No. 9, Wuxiang, Fengling.

Former residence of Feng Zicai

Feng Zicai's former residence, also known as gongbaodi, is located in Nanzhu street of Qinzhou City. It is the residence of Feng Zicai when he retired. The former residence was built in 1875, covering an area of 64350 square meters. It was the headquarters of Feng Zicai's troops to the front line of anti French. The residence is built in brick and wood structure, including three hills, surrounded by a wall. The house is divided into three parts, three buildings for each part and three styles for each part.
